About Me
Wouter leads the Commercial division at Tsokos Property, bringing over 15 years of experience and a strong presence within the industry. Since joining in 2024 as Head of Commercial, he has focused on strengthening and growing the commercial portfolio.
His experience spans both residential and commercial property, ranging from small retail and office spaces through to large-scale industrial assets and multi-tenanted properties. This includes complex holdings such as shopping centres, A-grade NABERS-rated offices, medical facilities and large industrial sites. In his role, Wouter oversees team leadership, leasing, negotiations and overall asset performance across the portfolio.
Wouter combines a strategic mindset with an approachable style, building strong relationships across all stakeholders. His background as both a property professional and business owner gives him a practical understanding of client needs.
Actively involved in the industry, Wouter is a REIWA Commercial Committee Member, co-host of Commercial Coffee & Conversation, and founder of Real Estate Talk.
When he’s not working, Wouter enjoys travel, food and time with family and pets.
