Since joining Tsokos Property in 2016, she has developed a reliable and steady approach to managing residential portfolios, built on experience and a thorough understanding of the role.
Vera focuses on maintaining stable tenancies, carefully selecting suitable tenants, and ensuring both owners and tenants are kept well informed on all property matters. Her work is grounded in clear communication and a disciplined, organised approach to day-to-day management.
Known for her approachable nature and willingness to help, Vera is always happy to chat through any questions or concerns. She takes a practical, hands-on approach — from securing reliable tenants and coordinating maintenance, to managing rent and keeping everything on track.
Vera takes pride in delivering dependable results and maintaining well-managed properties, with a strong focus on consistency and long-term outcomes for her clients.
Outside of work, she enjoys cycling and swimming, and has completed a 24-hour walking challenge — twice.
