Paul joined Tsokos Property in January 2026 as a Commercial Assistant, bringing over 15 years of experience across property and business ownership. His background includes industrial property management in South Africa and running his own retail business in Australia, giving him a well-rounded commercial perspective and strong operational understanding.
Working within the Commercial team, Paul supports a diverse portfolio of properties, overseeing tenancies, lease administration, rent reviews and maintenance. He works closely with both landlords and tenants, ensuring matters are handled efficiently, professionally and with clear communication at all times.
Paul is known for his calm, practical and straightforward working style. He keeps things organised, addresses issues early and focuses on preventing problems before they escalate. Reliable and easy to deal with, he is recognised for getting things done without unnecessary complication while maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys golf, tennis and pickleball, and is also a qualified pilot who has flown extensively across Africa — and lived to tell the tale.
