Sue is the backbone of the Commercial team, bringing over two decades of experience at Tsokos Property and a deep understanding of how the business operates. Since joining in 2003, she has worked across multiple areas, developing the kind of knowledge that only comes with time and hands-on involvement.
As Commercial Assistant, Sue supports a diverse portfolio spanning industrial, retail and hospitality properties. Her role involves constant coordination between owners, tenants, contractors and the wider team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes each day.
Highly systems-driven and detail-oriented, Sue has a natural ability to stay ahead of tasks and keep things moving. She is often across matters before they are even raised, making her an indispensable part of the department.
Beyond work, Sue enjoys spending time with family — including her daughter Ruby, who also works with the team — and shares a matching Care Bear tattoo with her. She also loves travelling, when she remembers to book the time off.
