Real Estate has been part of the Tsokos family for many years. When founder Con Tsokos started the business, his aim was to assist people to achieve their property goals, all the while living his philosophy of 'Service with Integrity'.
Con achieved real estate success by treating every client as if they were his only one, with honesty and courtesy. Today, his philosophy still underpins the business and the Tsokos Property team remains committed to his legacy. Incidentally, almost half a century later, the team still works with Con’s very first client.
Background
Tsokos Property is a family owned and operated real estate business, located at 'Tsokos House' at 224 Rokeby Road in the heart of Subiaco.
In 1961, Con Tsokos established the business on the principle that success would be achieved through integrity and by surpassing people’s expectations in terms of service. Honesty and service were paramount and were the reasons people not only became loyal Tsokos Property clients for life, they also referred the business onto others.
These core values of integrity, honesty and service have endured to this day and as a result, the business continues to thrive. These values are evident particularly in the property management service which enjoys an excellent reputation of which the owners are immensely proud.
Today, the business is owned and operated by three of the current 'Tsokos Generation' - Christos, Michelle and Anthony Tsokos, who each bring a high level of expertise to their respective areas.
